In this session, you’ll identify the main components of the performance management cycle, how to deliver strong feedback in the performance evaluation, and how to motivate employees throughout the year to focus on development and performance.

20 years of experience helping non-profits, corporations and government entities to become stronger, people-focused, high-performance organizations. By day Denice is an operations leader at one of Fortune’s top US Insurance companies. She is also an adjunct professor at Wayne State University. Outside of her day job, Denice is an active community volunteer, where she currently volunteers for the YWCA, Questa Education Foundation, her church, and mentors other leaders throughout the community.
