This session explores how a feedback-rich workplace can build a strong organizational culture of high performance. When feedback is just occasional, or centered on an annual or semi-annual performance review, leaders miss out on the power of communicating regularly about performance. When feedback is open, consistent, supportive, and honest, team members are more likely to be engaged and put forth the effort to achieve the organization's goals. Participants in this session will hear from an expert - and their peers - on how to facilitate a feedback-rich workplace.

Over 20 years of experience in marketing agencies, with the notable exception of a 7-year period working full time for a former client whose business and family became the subject of a global reality television show. She has extensive experience in project management, overseeing the branding of diverse organizations ranging from global e-commerce sellers to local pawnshops. She founded Synaptic in 2018 and has won numerous accolades and awards. She earned her BS in Educational Psychology from Georgia State University
