Over 20 years of experience in marketing agencies, with the notable exception of a 7-year period working full time for a former client whose business and family became the subject of a global reality television show. She has extensive experience in project management, overseeing the branding of diverse organizations ranging from global e-commerce sellers to local pawnshops. She founded Synaptic in 2018 and has won numerous accolades and awards. She earned her BS in Educational Psychology from Georgia State University
