Pay claims as authorized by current year budget, Board of Directors, and/or the general membership As required
Furnish Associate Members copy of current roster & other services as provided for in the Bylaws Ongoing
Within 60 days of end of term, forward all current NACCTFO funds and financial records to the successor As required
Make all records available for audit and see that audit is performed annually By July Meeting
